Forest guarantees not to raise your monthly rate during the entire initial term of your contract.

What this means is when you sign with Forest you will never receive a surprise bill in the mail adding 5, 10 or even 20% to your monthly budget.

Now if you add equipment to your system that has an additional monthly fee, for example: smoke detector monitoring is an additional $2.00/month. If you decide to add smoke detectors to your system, your rate will increase but only because you added an additional service. Your monthly cost is now guaranteed at this new rate.
