Consumers Checkbook gives users Unbiased Reviews and Undercover Price Research on Local Services. In November 2022, they released research done on professional security companies and Forest Security, along with two others, was rated as a top choice, and featured on WGN morning news (See video below).

How did consumers checkbook come to this rating? Was it based on installation? or service? According to Kevin Brasler, executive editor of Consumers’ Checkbook, they survey their members about local companies in the Chicago area. The ratings they received from surveyed customers, placed Forest Security at the top. Forest stood out for quality, doing work properly, providing upfront costs, and overall quality.
