Forest’s Smart Tips: Download a video clip on Forest’s ADC Cameras

 

If you have a Forest Security Video System, you may be capturing some unique or unusual videos.  Think you have one that may go viral? Here’s how to download it so you can use it on your social medial platform:

You can download saved video clips using your Forest mobile or desktop app.

To download a previously recorded video clip using the mobile app:

1. Log into your Forest/Alarm.com app.
2. Tap Video.
3. Tap Saved.
4. Tap on the desired clip.
5. Tap

To download a previously recorded video clip using the desktop app:

1. Log into your Forest/Alarm.com customer website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Saved Video Clips.
4. Mouse over the desired clip, then click
5. Click Download Clip. The download starts automatically.

 

To download multiple clips at once:

1. Log into your Forest/Alarm.com customer website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Saved Video Clips.
4. Click Bulk Actions.
5. Click to select the desired clips or click to select all the videos shown on the page.
6. Click to start the download
